Conestoga Strategies is a one-person advisory practice operated by Concordance Labs LLC in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services, and we do not sell your information.
To reply to you, understand whether we can help, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep the site working. That is it.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a small set of trusted vendors to run the practice (for example, email, our scheduling tool, and the voice and analytics providers above), and your information passes through them only so those tools can do their job.
The site assistant. The "Ask the assistant" box on our Engagements page sends your typed question to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer. We do not store those conversations, and the assistant is built to answer general questions about our services only. Please don't type anything sensitive into it, and don't rely on it for advice specific to your situation. It is there to point you in the right direction and, when it makes sense, toward a call.
Only as long as we need it to respond to you or provide the service, and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
